Seven Simple Steps to A Successful Return with SCOTTOKIE
1. Remove batteries (if applicable). 2. Box the unit in the original packaging with all original accessories and all original documentation as closely to new as reasonably possible. Incomplete or damaged returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee. In the case of an exchange, we will exchange only the items you returned. 3. Mail to:

4. Use any trustworthy shipping method you desire and although not required, delivery confirmation of some form is recommended. 5. Include the eBay Item Number on the outside as well as the inside of the package 6. Indicate inside the package if your first preference would be "refund" or "exchange." 7. Item must be received within 30 calendar days of purchase date to qualify for refund/exchange. Refunds/Exchanges are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt of return.
