Payment Requirements:  Payment is required within four (4) calendar days from date of purchase.  

Payment Methods:  We accept Paypal®, ProPay®, Visa ®, Mastercard ®, Discover ®, and American Express ®.  To pay with a Credit Card (not using a Credit Card within Paypal), click the Credit Card Payments Link at the top of this page or email us for a Propay® Credit Card Invoice.  Instant Paypal® payments and Credit Card Payments received before midnight, will ship before NOON the following weekday.  Paypal® e-checks will be held until payment clears, the funds are released, and Paypal advises us to ship the order.  We reserve the right to require a daytime phone number and/or other information before shipment is made to help eliminate fraudulent purchases to unverified addresses.  Some items are not available for shipping to unconfirmed addresses.

Sales Tax:  OKLAHOMA RESIDENTS ONLY will be charged the current legal percentage, as if purchase was made in the 73099 zip code, per the State Of Oklahoma's Standard Sales Tax Tables, which includes shipping and handling.   

Shipping and Handling:  Please use the shipping calculator prior to bidding, unless a free or flat shipping rate is quoted in the auction.  Charges include actual shipping and a nominal fee for packing labor and packing materials to protect your purchase from damage en route to you.    
 
Domestic Shipping: Shipping methods offered with each auction, and depending on merchandise/weight, may include: USPS Express Mail®, USPS Priority Mail®, USPS First Class Mail®, USPS Parcel Post®, USPS Media Mail®, and/or UPS Ground®.  Shipping and handling charges vary and should be calculated before bidding by using the shipping calculator, unless a free or flat shipping rate is quoted. 

International Shipping:  Available via USPS International Express Mail® and USPS International Priority Mail® and USPS First Class International®* on some items.  Check the auction listing and use the shipping calculator to check and see if the item you wish to bid on is available for shipment to your country. If not, e-mail us at ebay@smecs.info, and if possible, we will open the item for international shipping.  We will complete all customs forms as required by law and pay all US taxes.  Recipient is responsible for all taxes/delivery charges required to receive the shipment.  All of our products are intended for the US market unless stated otherwise; please purchase accordingly.  

*USPS First Class International® is a very affordable service, without tracking, which requires considerably more delivery time than Priority (International) and Express (International).  Please choose accordingly per your needs.

International Fees/Customs Forms:  Import duties, taxes and delivery charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such fraudulent behavior.

Delivery Time: We ship every weekday morning (excluding holidays).  Your payment method determines when your order ships…
Credit Card Payment today—We will ship your order before noon next business day (Monday through Friday).  
Instant PayPal® Payment today—We will ship your order before noon next business day (Monday through Friday).  
Paypal® eChecks—We hold shipment until payment is cleared by Paypal®, then ship next business day (Monday through Friday).  

Insurance:  ...is no longer available on our items. 

Refunds & Returns: Upon receipt of merchandise, if dissatisfied with transaction, call seller at 405-354-4100 or e-mail Seller directly at ebay@smecs.info with details and possible methods for fair resolution. New items carry manufacturer's warranty and/or seller's 30-day guarantee. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. No refunds on shipping & handling, unless it is our mistake or item is verified as defective.  Buyers who leave Negative or Neutral Feedback are ineligible for problem resolution.

Merchandise Condition:  The vast majority of our merchandise is new from the factory.  Buyers on eBay® are often fooled by terms such as "Like New!" "Like New" is often store-returned merchandise, reconditioned merchandise, or refurbished merchandise...and is NOT new merchandise.  We never try to trick or fool our customers.  Our merchandise is always described in one of these four ways: 
NEW (truly NEW...factory-sealed...never opened...never used...never before sold and carries manufacturer warranty as well as seller's 30-day guarantee) 
NEW/OPEN BOX:  Complete but has been opened and possibly tested
3. 	REFURBISHED (refurbished by manufacturer and carries limited warranty provided by manufacturer as well as seller's 30-day guarantee) 
4. 	USED (just what it says...Used...carries seller's 30-day guarantee) 
5. 	AS-IS (just what it says...As-Is...no warranty, no returns) 

Model Numbers—We do not provide model numbers for our items.  We are often selling manufacturer’s derivative models, and providing the model number causes confusion, as well as the inability to substitute an identical model if the first model number is out of stock.  All items are GUARANTEED to have at least the features we list, and they often have more!
